Purpose of this website
This website provides a self-test on attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance and sells two workbooks as PDFs. The conditions of sale are in the terms, and how data is handled is in the privacy notice.
No substitute for diagnosis or treatment. The contents of this website and of the workbooks are general information based on published research. They replace no diagnosis, no psychotherapy and no emergency help.

Language of the workbooks
Both workbooks are written in German. This website, the self-test and the support are available in English. An English edition of the workbooks is in preparation, and there is no date for it yet. Please only buy a workbook if you read German, since no refund is possible afterwards.

The texts are written with care and with sources given. Even so, statements can be incomplete or become outdated, and the research cited keeps developing. Liability for decisions anyone makes on the basis of this content is excluded to the extent the law permits.

This website links in a few places to external pages, for example to the materials page of the University of Illinois or to counselling services. Their operators are responsible for their contents. No unlawful content was apparent when the links were set.
